Zaagmachine voor hoge precisie en output

Deze aluminiumzaagmachine is ideaal voor het recht afkorten van verschillende aluminium profielen, met name bij lengtes onder de 1000 mm. Hier combineert de machine een hoge output met uitstekende precisie. Dankzij het unieke klemsysteem is de machine breed inzetbaar in sectoren die aluminium zagen.

Met een groot zaagbereik en krachtig grippersysteem kunnen zowel enkele profielen als pakketten gezaagd worden. Het moderne beeldscherm stelt de operator in staat om handmatig of volautomatisch te werken. De grote scharnierende beschermkap biedt zowel bescherming als gemakkelijke toegang tot het zaaggedeelte, terwijl afzuigmonden helpen bij het afvoeren van spanen.

  Positioning system
  The feed system, with double clamping system on double linear guide, ensures accurate cutting positions.
  The drive is provided by a ball screw system with servo positioning, with an accuracy of 0.02 mm.

  Feed section
  The MPS NC 600 LS sawing system has an automatic buffer magazine for feeding profiles. The magazine can store 10 sets of profiles with a spacing of 350 mm.
  Reloading can take place during production, which increases the machine's uptime. A roller conveyor lifts the profiles to the feed system, which transports them to the head stop, just in front of the sawing unit.

  Sawing machine
  Robust universal vertical clamps are located to the left and right of the saw, as well as horizontal clamps on both sides. The clamping pressure can be adjusted separately. For a good view of the saw table, the hinged saw hood is equipped with a viewing window and LED lighting on the inside.
  The saw feed is available in two versions: a hydropneumatic version with height adjustment of the saw and a servo-controlled version, where the saw height and sawing speed can be set via the software.

  Control unit
  
  The control unit can be positioned in the ideal position thanks to the swivel arm.
  The professional-looking 12" touchscreen displays all the information the operator needs.

  Discharge system
  The machine is equipped with a 4-meter discharge conveyor as standard, which can be extended in 2-meter modules.
  The stable, closed discharge conveyor has a rear guide of 100 mm and a width of 450 mm. The cladding can be chosen from Trespa with wear strips, plastic rollers, or galvanized steel rollers.

Zaagmachine MPS NC 600 LS

De zaagmachine is gebouwd uit hoogwaardige materialen, met een dikke gelaste onderbouw en een gepolijste gietstalen zaagtafel. Het zaagbed en de achtergeleiding zijn uitgerust met slijtvast kunststof. Standaard heeft de machine een zaagsnede verwijding, waarbij het materiaal 2 mm wordt vrijgetrokken aan zowel de aanvoer- als afvoerzijde bij retourloop.
